The invention provides an expressway vehicle formation control and confluence simulation method. The expressway vehicle formation control and confluence simulation method comprises the following steps: S1, a ramp vehicle broadcasts a message in a ramp driving process; s2, the roadside unit integrates and broadcasts the position and speed information of the ramp vehicle closest to the intersection confluence point and the position coordinates of the roadside unit; s3, in a simulation program environment, generating a main road vehicle instance according to a predefined vehicle formation generation logic; vehicle formation control is carried out on the vehicles which are determined in advance as the automatic driving formation, the acceleration of the head vehicle is adjusted by controlling the distance, and the following vehicles are followed by an IDM model to form the vehicle formation; and S4, the main road vehicle formation converges with the vehicles on the ramps according to the control logic. Through deceleration control of the main road vehicles, the main road vehicles can make proper adjustment behaviors according to the driving conditions of the ramp vehicles when approaching the intersection area, so that the smoothness and safety of road passage are improved.

    本发明提供了高速公路车辆编队控制与合流仿真方法,包括如下步骤:S1,匝道车辆在匝道行驶过程中对消息进行广播;S2,路侧单元将最接近交叉口合流点的匝道车辆的位置与速度信息,与路侧单元的位置坐标整合并广播;S3,在仿真程序环境中,按照预定义的车辆编队生成逻辑生成主路车辆实例;对预先确定为自动驾驶编队的车辆进行车辆编队控制,通过控制间距来调整头车的加速度,跟驰车辆采用IDM模型跟驰形成车辆编队;S4,主路车辆编队按照控制逻辑与匝道的车辆进行合流。通过对主路车辆的减速控制,使得主路车辆在接近交叉口区域时,能根据匝道车辆的行驶状况作出适当的调整行为,从而提升道路通行的流畅性和安全性。
