The invention discloses an urban expressway ramp confluence cooperative control method under a low-carbon perspective. The method comprises the following steps: S1, traffic data analysis; S2, proposing of a cooperative control method; S3, low-carbon index selection; and S5, performing index evaluation analysis on the pre-constructed urban expressway ramp confluence cooperative control method in a simulation environment to obtain the urban expressway ramp confluence cooperative control method under a low-carbon perspective. According to the urban expressway ramp confluence cooperative control method under the low-carbon perspective, low emission and high efficiency serve as common control targets, the emission model and the traffic model are constructed, the relation between traffic flow operation parameters and tail gas emission parameters is established, microscopic tail gas emission control is converted into macroscopic traffic flow control, and the traffic flow operation parameters and the tail gas emission parameters are combined to achieve cooperative control of urban expressway ramp confluence under the low-carbon perspective. And the pollutant emission in the tail gas is indirectly reduced by optimizing the running state of the traffic flow.
