The invention provides a charging pile scheduling system and a charging pile scheduling method, and relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and the charging pile scheduling system comprises a mobile terminal which is used for sending request information to a charging scheduling cloud platform; the charging scheduling cloud platform is used for updating charging pile time period information and synchronizing the charging pile time period information to the charging pile management system based on the request information and vehicle information pre-bound by the mobile terminal, and the charging pile time period information comprises a time period type and corresponding time period vehicle information; and the charging pile management system is used for acquiring target vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle end system, and controlling the opening or closing of the charging authority corresponding to the target charging pile according to the target vehicle information and the charging pile time period information. The charging pile resources are reasonably, efficiently and orderly utilized through the charging pile management system according to the charging pile time period information, meanwhile, the user can initiate the request information through the mobile terminal to conduct online reservation and online queuing, and it is advantageously avoided that a large amount of waiting time is consumed when the user queues on site.

    本发明提供了一种充电桩调度系统及充电桩调度方法,涉及新能源车辆技术领域,充电桩调度系统包括:移动端用于向充电调度云平台发送请求信息;充电调度云平台用于基于请求信息和移动端预先绑定的车辆信息,更新充电桩时段信息并同步给充电桩管理系统,所述充电桩时段信息包括时段类型和对应的时段车辆信息;充电桩管理系统用于获取车端系统对应的目标车辆信息,并根据目标车辆信息和充电桩时段信息控制目标充电桩对应充电权限的开启或关闭。本发明通过充电桩管理系统根据充电桩时段信息进行充电桩资源的合理、高效、有序的利用,同时用户可以通过移动端发起请求信息进行线上预约和线上排队,有利于避免用户在现场排队而耗费大量等待时间。
