The invention relates to the technical field of demand response regulation and control, and particularly provides a charging pile scheduling method and device based on charging pile response characteristics, and the method comprises the steps: classifying charging piles based on the response precision and linear fitting degree of the charging piles; and scheduling the charging piles to participate in demand response based on the classification result of the charging piles. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, charging pile resources with good response capability and high regulation and control economy can preferentially meet regulation and control requirements with high accuracy, the capability of a precise regulation and control technology of a power grid in a large-scale electric vehicle load is improved, and a brand-new electric vehicle non-inductive ordered charging system is created.
