The invention discloses an undercarriage inductive proximity sensor-based conversion point automatic calibration method, which comprises the following steps of S1, establishing a standard change curve of a proximity sensor, obtaining the distance between an approaching conversion point and a complete approaching attitude point and the hysteresis distance between a far conversion point and the approaching conversion point under the standard installation position of the proximity sensor; s2, acquiring an inductance value of a completely close attitude point, and obtaining an offset between the standard reference point and the offset reference point according to the inductance value of the completely close attitude point and the standard change curve; s3, obtaining an offset change curve according to the offset between the standard reference point and the offset reference point; and S4, calibrating the transition point of the proximity sensor based on the shifted change curve, the distance between the approaching transition point and the complete approaching attitude point at the standard installation position of the proximity sensor and the hysteresis distance between the far transition point and the approaching transition point.

    本发明公开了一种基于起落架电感式接近传感器的转换点自动校准方法,包括以下步骤:S1、建立接近传感器的标准变化曲线,获取接近传感器标准安装位置下的接近转换点与完全接近姿态点之间的距离和远离转换点与接近转换点之间的迟滞距离;S2、获取完全接近姿态点的电感值,根据完全接近姿态点的电感值与标准变化曲线得到标准基准点与偏移后基准点之间的偏移量;S3、根据标准基准点与偏移后基准点之间的偏移量得到偏移后的变化曲线;S4、基于偏移后的变化曲线、接近传感器标准安装位置下的接近转换点与完全接近姿态点之间的距离和远离转换点与接近转换点之间的迟滞距离,校准接近传感器的转换点。
