The middle of the inner wall of the valve sleeve shrinks inwards to form a shrinkage cavity, a valve structure and a top door structure are slidably inserted into the two ends of the valve sleeve respectively, a first spring is arranged between the valve structure and the plug, and the top door structure is used for pushing the valve structure to be away from the shrinkage cavity when the conversion shaft rotates under the abutting movement of the protruding part of the cam, so that the two ports of the valve sleeve can be communicated; according to the emergency switching hand valve for the undercarriage, safety and reliability can be guaranteed, and meanwhile rapid on-off switching of two channels can be achieved.
