The invention discloses a standardized design structure and method for a large-tonnage parameterized customized crane frame. The frame is of a sectional structure, and a standard frame is matched with a hoisting mechanism and a running mechanism of a crane trolley; the first adjusting frame is detachably connected to one side of the standard frame; the second adjusting frame is detachably connected to the other side of the standard frame; a support used for supporting and fixing a crane trolley motor, a brake, a speed reducer and other components is arranged on the outer top face of the standard frame, so that the axes of output shafts of the motor, the brake, the speed reducer and other components arranged on the upper portion of the standard frame are located in the same plane, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the standard frame. The problem that the position of the inner rib plate of the box beam cannot be determined due to different brands or models and boundary dimensions of outsourcing parts such as a motor and a brake in the mechanism is solved; through the three-section type frame design, the middle part frame with the heaviest proportion has the condition of being designed into a general standard module, the design difficulty is low, and the efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种大吨位参数化定制起重机车架的标准化设计结构及方法中的车架为分段式结构,包括标准架与起重机小车的起升机构和运行机构相配合;第一调节架可拆卸连接于标准架的一侧;第二调节架可拆卸连接于标准架的另一侧;在标准架的外部顶面上设置有用于支撑和固定起重机小车电动机、制动器和减速器等部件的支架,使得设置于标准架上部的电动机、制动器和减速器等部件的输出轴轴线位于同一平面内,并在标准架的内部设置有若干加强筋。解决了机构中电机、制动器等外购件因品牌或型号外形尺寸的不同而导致箱型梁内筋板位置无法确定的问题;通过三段式车架设计,使占比最重的中间部分车架具备设计为通用标准模块的条件,且设计难度低,效率高。
