The invention discloses a large-tonnage high-lift crane hoisting mechanism which comprises two broken line duplex winding drums, a high-speed shaft synchronous linear large speed reducer, two sets of upper pulley blocks, two driving motors, two pairs of brakes, a set of movable pulley block lifting appliance and four steel wire ropes. One end of each fold line duplex winding drum is connected with a low-speed shaft of the high-speed shaft synchronous line-shaped large speed reducer, and the other end of each fold line duplex winding drum is supported on a trolley frame supporting seat; the high-speed shaft synchronous line-shaped large speed reducer adopts a double-in and double-out structural form; the two sets of upper pulley blocks are symmetrically arranged between the inner sides of the two fold line duplex winding drums; the two driving motors are respectively connected with a high-speed shaft of the high-speed shaft synchronous line-shaped large speed reducer; and the two pairs of brakes are arranged between the two driving motors and the high-speed shaft synchronous linear large speed reducer. According to the invention, compact hoisting mechanism arrangement is adopted, so that the space required for winding the steel wire rope can be effectively reduced, and the arrangement requirements of the hoisting mechanism of the crane with large tonnage, high lift and small trolley track gauge are met.
本发明公开了一种大吨位高扬程起重机起升机构,包括两个折线双联卷筒、高速轴同步一字大减速器、两套上滑轮组、两个驱动电机、两对制动器、一套动滑轮组吊具、四根钢丝绳,每个折线双联卷筒的一端与高速轴同步一字大减速器的低速轴相连、另一端支撑在小车架支撑座上;高速轴同步一字大减速器采用双入双出结构形式;两套上滑轮组置于两个折线双联卷筒内侧之间且对称布置;两个驱动电机分别与高速轴同步一字大减速器的高速轴相连;两对制动器设置在两个驱动电机与高速轴同步一字大减速器之间。本发明采用了紧凑的起升机构布置,可有效减小钢丝绳缠绕所需空间,以满足大吨位高扬程但要求小车轨距较小的起重机起升机构布置要求。
