The invention discloses a decoupling type center traction structure which is provided with an abrasion block fixed to a traction shaft on the lower portion of a center pin in a wrapping mode and a pair of traction blocks fixed to a bogie frame, the traction blocks are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the traction shaft in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and the abrasion block and the traction blocks are in clearance fit. The abrasion block is provided with a friction face used for making contact with the traction block, and the friction face is an arc face. The center pin is sleeved with the abrasion block, the longitudinal outer surface of the abrasion block is in a circular arc shape so that normal contact can be guaranteed after a vehicle and a bogie rotate, meanwhile, the high-abrasion-resistance material is solidified on the outer surface, and the service life of a product is guaranteed. A traction block is arranged on the framework, and the surface of the traction block makes contact with the abrasion block when a vehicle is dragged or braked, so that longitudinal force is transmitted. The contact surface of the traction block is curve-shaped, so that better matching is ensured, and the transverse displacement of the center pin is not influenced. Transmission of longitudinal force is achieved through a new traction structure, and rigidity decoupling can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种解耦式中心牵引结构,具有包裹固定于中心销下部牵引轴的磨耗块、和固定于转向架构架的一对牵引块,牵引块沿车辆纵向布置于牵引轴的前后两侧,磨耗块和牵引块之间形成间隙配合,磨耗块具有用于与牵引块接触的摩擦面,摩擦面为弧面。本发明在中心销上套设有磨耗块,该磨耗块纵向外表面为圆弧形以保证车辆与转向架发生转动后能够正常接触,同时外面表固化高耐磨材料,以保证产品的使用寿命。构架上设置牵引块,在车辆牵引或制动时,该牵引块表面与磨耗块接触,从而传递纵向力。牵引块接触面为曲线形,保证更好的配合,并不影响中心销的横向位移。通过新的牵引结构实现纵向力的传递并能够刚度解耦。
