The invention provides a module assembly type split center traction structure which comprises a center pin and a wear-resistant sleeve, the center pin comprises an upper pin body and a lower pin body, the upper pin body structure comprises a first cylinder and a flange structure, the flange structure is arranged at the end of the first cylinder and fixedly connected with a vehicle body, and a cylindrical hollow hole coaxial with the first cylinder is formed in the flange structure end; a through wing-shaped groove is formed in the middle of the first cylinder, and a matching groove is formed in the bottom face of the bottom of the hollow hole and located between two wings of the wing-shaped groove. The lower pin body is of a three-section step structure and sequentially comprises a second cylinder, a third cylinder and a flange end, the wear-resisting sleeve is assembled on the third cylinder in an interference fit mode, the second cylinder with the end provided with the wing-shaped bearing body penetrates through the wing-shaped groove to enter the cylindrical hollow hole, and the lower pin body is rotated to enable the wing-shaped bearing body and the matching groove to be fixed in a matched mode. The device is easy and fast to mount and dismount, stable in structure, capable of improving maintainability and saving time and cost and capable of enabling a vehicle to pass through a minimum curve.

    本发明提供一种模块组装式分体中心牵引结构,包括中心销和耐磨套,中心销包括上销体、下销体,所述上销体结构包括第一圆柱体和其端部的与车体固定连接的法兰结构,法兰结构端设有与第一圆柱体同轴的圆柱形中空孔,第一圆柱体中部设有贯穿的翼型槽,中空孔底部的底面上,在翼型槽的两翼之间设有配合槽;下销体采用三段式阶梯结构,依次为第二圆柱体、第三圆柱体、法兰端,耐磨套用过盈配合的方式装配到第三圆柱体上,端部带有翼型承载体的第二圆柱体穿过翼型槽进入圆柱形中空孔中,旋转下销体使翼型承载体与配合槽相配合固定。本发明安装与拆卸简单快捷,结构稳定,提高可维护性并能节约时间成本,可使车辆通过极小曲线。
