The invention relates to an L3-level automatic driving vehicle driver non-driving posture recognition method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, non-driving posture video data of a driver are monitored and collected in real time; 2, extracting non-driving attitude local feature data; step 3, classifying the global features of the non-driving attitude; and 4, identifying the global features of the non-driving attitude. Under the L3-level automatic driving condition, the non-driving posture of a driver is recognized, the head posture, eye posture and hand posture are recognized through a head posture recognition algorithm, a gazing direction estimation algorithm, an EAR algorithm and an OpenPose algorithm, local posture features are quantified, recognition and classification of the non-driving posture are achieved, and the driving posture recognition efficiency is improved. According to the method, the safety and reliability of the automatic driving vehicle can be improved, the OpenPose algorithm has the advantages of being good in real-time performance and high in precision, and the recognition accuracy of the model constructed by the method can reach 91.5%.

    本发明涉及一种L3级自动驾驶车辆驾驶员非驾驶姿态识别方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、实时监测并采集驾驶员的非驾驶姿态视频数据;步骤二、提取非驾驶姿态局部特征数据;步骤三、对非驾驶姿态全局特征进行分类;步骤四、对非驾驶姿态全局特征进行识别。本发明在L3级自动驾驶条件下,对驾驶员非驾驶姿态进行识别,利用头部姿态识别算法、注视方向估计算法、EAR算法和OpenPose算法对头部、眼部和手部姿态进行识别,量化局部姿态特征,实现对非驾驶姿态的识别与分类,有利于提高自动驾驶车辆的安全性与可靠性,且OpenPose算法具有实时性好、精度高的优点,本发明构建的模型识别准确率可达91.5%。
