The invention relates to the technical field of space target collision early warning, and discloses a deep learning-based space target collision early warning method, which comprises the following steps of S1, self-supervised training; step S2, data acquisition; s3, performing view enhancement on each piece of image data in the step S2 to obtain two enhanced view images; step S4, feature pixel extraction is carried out on each image, then each image is trained based on a pre-trained pull-down task, and a training model of each image is obtained; s5, constructing a three-dimensional TIN model through the coordinate information of the image data in the step S2 in combination with dense point clouds, predicting the post-motion trend of the space target, and comparing the post-motion trend with the pre-motion trajectory of the space target; and step S6, collision early warning, and the method can efficiently and rapidly carry out track trend pre-judgment on the space target, thereby making a timely response for collision early warning.
