The invention relates to an open-close type transverse joint of a large-tonnage deck crane, belongs to the technical field of bridge construction equipment, and aims at a steel box stiffening variable cross-section through steel truss girder bridge which is of a box truss structure, and the two sides of the steel box stiffening variable cross-section through steel truss girder bridge are in a cantilever flange large spreading wing form. Due to the influence of the middle main truss, a bridge deck crane used for assembling a mid-span steel beam cantilever cannot adopt a transverse integrated bridge deck crane used when a conventional steel truss girder or a steel box girder bridge is used for erecting a mid-span section, and only the separated cranes on the two sides of the main truss can be adopted for hoisting the steel beam section; in other words, two deck cranes lift mid-span steel beam sections on two sides of a main truss through double-crane parallel cantilevers, and the two cranes are symmetrically arranged about the center line of a bridge. The height-width ratio in the structural size of a single deck crane is large, the transverse stability and the wind resistance of the two deck cranes are poor when the two deck cranes are independently hoisted in parallel, the two deck cranes are connected into a whole by arranging a transverse joint stretching across a middle main truss structure between the two deck cranes, and the transverse stability and the wind resistance of the deck cranes are improved.

    本发明涉及一种大吨位桥面吊机的开合式横向联结,属于桥梁施工设备技术领域,对于钢箱加劲变截面下承式钢桁梁桥,其结构为箱桁结构,两侧为悬臂翼缘大展翅形式。由于中间主桁的影响,中跨钢梁悬臂拼装所用桥面吊机不能采用常规的钢桁梁或钢箱梁桥架设中跨节段时所用的横向一体式桥面吊机,仅可采用主桁两侧分离式吊机来吊装钢梁节段,即两台桥面吊机在主桁两侧双机并联悬臂抬吊中跨钢梁节段,双机以桥梁中心线对称布置。单台桥面吊机的结构尺寸中高宽比值较大,两台桥面吊机并联独立吊装时其横向稳定性和抗风能力均差,通过在两台桥面吊机之间设置横跨中间主桁结构的横向联结将两桥面吊机连成一体,增加桥面吊机的横向稳定性和抗风能力。
