The invention discloses an elevator brake resistor fault intelligent monitoring device which comprises a brake resistor metal tube, a thermocouple, a precision thermocouple digital converter, a master control MCU chip and a cooling fan. The thermocouple is installed on the brake resistor metal tube so as to collect the temperature of a brake resistor and convert a temperature signal into an electric signal; an electric signal is further processed through the precision thermocouple digital converter and transmitted to the master control MCU chip, the master control MCU chip is programmed, the PWM duty ratio is adjusted according to different temperatures, PWM waves are output, the fan current is adjusted through the optocoupler control circuit, and therefore the rotating speed of the cooling fan is controlled, and heat dissipation is conducted on the brake resistor. The invention further discloses an elevator brake resistor fault intelligent monitoring method. The system can reasonably utilize electric energy, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly; real-time temperature monitoring, early warning of danger and elimination of potential safety hazards in advance can be realized; the high-temperature overheating fault can be notified to a maintainer in real time, the maintenance efficiency is improved, the user experience is optimized, and the service life of the brake resistor is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种电梯制动电阻故障智能监测装置,包括制动电阻金属管,热电偶、精密热电偶数字转化器、主控MCU芯片、散热风扇,热电偶安装在制动电阻金属管上,以采集制动电阻的温度,将温度信号转化为电信号,经过精密热电偶数字转化器将电信号做进一步处理并传给主控MCU芯片,对主控MCU芯片编程,根据不同的温度调节PWM占空比,输出PWM波,再经过光耦控制电路调节风扇电流,从而控制散热风扇的转速,对制动电阻进行散热。本发明还公开了一种电梯制动电阻故障智能监测方法。本发明能合理利用电能,节能环保;可实现温度实时监测,危险提前预警,提前消除安全隐患;可将高温过热故障实时通知维保员,提高维保效率,优化用户体验,增加制动电阻使用寿命。
