The elevator contracting brake system fault detection method includes the steps that the output voltage of each contracting brake is obtained; when the output voltage of each contracting brake is within a preset voltage range, the total current of the elevator contracting brake system is obtained, and according to the relationship between the total current of the elevator contracting brake system and a preset current range, the elevator contracting brake system failure is determined to be the contracting brake mechanical failure or the contracting brake coil failure; or when the output voltage of any contracting brake is not in the preset voltage range, a feedback signal of the contactor group is obtained, and according to a contactor group feedback signal, that the elevator contracting brake system failure is determined to be the contracting brake control circuit failure or the contactor group failure. The technical solution of the elevator contracting brake system fault detection method and device and the elevator contracting brake system improves the maintenance efficiency of maintenance personnel when the elevator contracting brake fails.
本发明公开一种电梯抱闸系统故障检测方法、装置及电梯抱闸系统,电梯抱闸系统包括接触器组、至少一个抱闸制动器和抱闸制动器控制电路,该电梯抱闸系统故障检测方法包括:获取各抱闸制动器的输出电压;当各抱闸制动器的输出电压均处于预设电压范围时,获取电梯抱闸系统的总电流,根据电梯抱闸系统的总电流与预设电流范围的关系,确定电梯抱闸系统故障为抱闸制动器机械故障或者抱闸制动器线圈故障;或,当任一抱闸制动器的输出电压未处于预设电压范围时,获取接触器组的反馈信号,根据接触器组反馈信号确定电梯抱闸系统故障为抱闸制动器控制电路故障或者接触器组故障。本发明技术方案针对电梯抱闸出现故障时,提升了维保人员的检修效率。
