本发明一种多孔陶瓷主动防热蒙皮结构,包括;多孔陶瓷板1、微孔渗流管道2、橡胶基底3,微孔渗流管道2固定于橡胶基底3上表面,再在微孔渗流管道2上表面覆盖多孔陶瓷板1,形成多孔陶瓷主动防热蒙皮;高温时,通过微孔渗流管道2向多孔陶瓷板1输送冷却工质;在高温环境下,通过微孔渗流管道2向多孔陶瓷板1背面输送冷却工质,橡胶基底3起到密封作用。冷却工质不断注入,多孔陶瓷板1背面的冷却工质压力不断升高,与其正面大气环境产生压差,冷却工质在压差作用下从多孔陶瓷板1外表面渗出,在高温气流作用下蒸发,带走热量。
