The attaching device comprises an attaching device body, a first magnetic attraction face formed on one side of the attaching device body and a second magnetic attraction face formed on the other side of the attaching device body. Magnetic suction units corresponding to the first magnetic suction surface and the second magnetic suction surface are arranged in the attaching device body; and a blocking part for isolating a magnetic field is arranged between the magnetic suction units. In the attaching process, the magnetic attraction strength of the magnetic attraction unit is adjusted to be the minimum; at least two attaching devices are installed at the installation position of the attaching piece according to the length of the attaching piece to be attached, and the attaching piece is installed along the attaching devices. The attaching device with the adjustable magnetic attraction strength is used for attaching and mounting the attaching piece, only the magnetic attraction strength of the magnetic attraction unit of the attaching device needs to be adjusted in the mounting or dismounting process, welding and cutting operation is avoided, a large amount of working hours are saved, the hull structure cannot be damaged, and in addition, the attaching device can be repeatedly used.
本发明涉及一种船用散装贴附件贴附装置及贴附方法,包括贴附装置本体、形成在贴附装置本体一侧的第一磁吸面和形成在贴附装置本体另外一侧的第二磁吸面;贴附装置本体内对应第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面的磁吸单元,磁吸单元之间设有用以隔绝磁场的阻挡部。贴附时,调节磁吸单元的磁吸强度,将磁吸强度调节至最小;根据待贴附的贴附件的长度在贴附件的安装位置安装至少两个贴附装置,沿贴附装置安装贴附件。本发明通过磁吸强度可调的贴附装置对贴附件进行贴附安装,安装或拆除过程只需调节贴附装置的磁吸单元的磁吸强度即可,避免了焊接、切割作业,节省了大量的工时,也不会对船体结构造成破坏,另外该贴附装置还可以实现反复利用。
