The method comprises the following steps: determining a battery unit charge state under an actual working condition according to a battery pack charge characteristic curve; performing clustering processing based on the state of charge of the battery unit and a preset clustering algorithm to obtain a clustering result; performing equalization judgment on the battery units in the battery pack based on the clustering result to obtain an equalization judgment result; and performing equalization control on the battery units based on an equalization judgment result. By adopting the method, the overall charge-discharge efficiency and cycle life of the battery pack can be improved, the reliability and energy storage capacity of the battery pack can be improved, and energy dissipation is reduced.
