The invention is suitable for the technical field of electric vehicle energy management, and provides a hybrid energy storage-based electric vehicle energy management method, which comprises the following steps of: outputting a battery power distribution factor lambda through a fuzzy control algorithm according to the running speed of an electric vehicle, the load demand power in the vehicle and the SOC (State of Charge) of a battery and a super capacitor; according to the method, a battery power distribution factor lambda is corrected in real time by using a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm by taking the battery capacity attenuation degree and the hundred-kilometer operation cost as objective functions according to the SOC upper and lower limit range and the output power limit of the battery and the super capacitor as constraint conditions. Required power is reasonably distributed, and battery capacity attenuation is delayed.
