The invention relates to a large-bearing-capacity internal drive type oscillating tooth cycloid speed reduction and change hub, which is characterized in that a cycloid speed reduction device is used for replacing an original planetary gear for speed reduction, and then a cycloid gear is applied to a speed reduction and change device and is arranged in the hub, so that the control precision of the hub is improved; meanwhile, a motor originally needing to be externally arranged is integrated in the hub, the hub is directly driven to independently work through the interior of the hub, then the peripheries of cycloidal teeth of the cycloidal speed reducer directly serve as output ends to drive the hub to rotate, and in addition, tapered rollers are arranged on the two sides of the hub to bear axial force and radial force of a bearing structure; the hub has high bearing capacity and can bear large torque and axial force, stable transmission of power is achieved, energy loss is reduced, transmission efficiency is improved, friction and abrasion are reduced, the service life of the cycloid speed reducer is prolonged, and high-bearing, high-precision and long-service-life transmission control can be achieved through the compact and small hub structure.

    本发明涉及一种大承载力内驱式活齿摆线减变速轮毂,该轮毂通过将摆线减速装置代替原本的行星齿轮减速,进而将摆线轮应用于减变速装置并内置于轮毂内部,提高轮毂的控制精度;同时将原本需要外置的电机,集成在轮毂内部,直接通过轮毂内部驱动轮毂独立工作,其次将摆线减速装置的摆线齿的外周直接作为输出端带动轮毂转动,此外,在轮毂两侧设置圆锥滚子以承担轴承结构的轴向力和径向力,使本轮毂具有较高的承载能力,能够承受大的扭矩和轴向力,实现了动力的平稳传递,减少了能量的损失,提高了传动效率,同时减少了摩擦和磨损,提高了摆线减速装置的寿命,能以紧凑较小的轮毂结构,实现高承载、高精度、高寿命的传动控制。
