The invention discloses a tower crane lifting hook positioning method and system based on image acquisition. The method comprises the following steps that 1, an image acquisition module and an image splicing module are connected into a tower crane PLC to start hoisting; 2, a ground worker hangs the goods on a tower crane lifting hook; 3, a driver clicks a target position to which the lifting hook needs to move through the panoramic spliced image; 4, obtaining path information from the current position of the lifting hook of the tower crane to the target lifting position of the lifting hook through a moving path calculation module; and 5, converting the path information into an action signal of the tower crane by the host, and outputting the action signal to a tower crane controller, so that the tower crane starts to work in a path intelligent operation mode. Through the implementation of the invention, the target position to which the lifting hook needs to be moved can be directly determined by the panoramic spliced image clicking and moving path calculation module, the path information and the position are relatively accurate, the working intensity of a tower crane driver is reduced, and the operation is relatively easy.

    本发明公开了一种基于图像采集的塔机吊钩定位方法及系统,方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:将图像采集模块和图像拼接模块接入塔机PLC开始吊装;步骤2:地面人员将货物挂载到塔机吊钩上;步骤3:司机通过全景拼接图像点选需要吊钩移动到的目标位置;步骤4:通过移动路径计算模块得到当前塔机吊钩位置到吊钩的目标吊装位置之间的路径信息;步骤5:主机将该路径信息转化为塔机的动作信号,输出到塔机控制器后,塔机开始通过路径智能运行模式工作。通过本发明的实施,由全景拼接图像点选和移动路径计算模块可直接确定需要吊钩移动到的目标位置、路径信息,位置较为精准,减轻了塔机司机的工作强度,操作相对容易。
