The invention discloses a tower crane lifting hook advancing route control method and system based on lifting hook positioning, and relates to the building construction technology, and the method comprises the steps that a cloud data computing platform sends a data obtaining instruction to a data interaction center; the data interaction center sends the acquired data to the cloud data computing platform; the cloud computing platform calculates the optimal running route of the tower crane lifting hook; the cloud computing platform sends a control instruction list to the data interaction center; and the data interaction center sends a control instruction to the controller according to the control instruction list and carries out calibration of the corresponding instruction at the same time. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the initial state of the tower crane and the final device are monitored, the initial route is formulated, the recognized related environment variables are configured and converted into the related weight data, the advancing route is optimized according to the weight data, emergency situations can be dealt with in real time, real-time correction is conducted according to the emergency situations, and the safety of the tower crane is improved. The tower crane can transport goods efficiently and safely, and accidents can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于吊钩定位的塔吊吊钩行进路线控制方法和系统,涉及建筑施工技术,所述方法包括云数据计算平台向数据交互中心发出获取数据指令;数据交互中心将获取到的数据发送给云数据计算平台;云计算平台计算出塔吊吊钩所运行的最优路线;云计算平台向数据交互中心发出控制指令清单;数据交互中心根据控制指令清单向控制器发出控制指令同时进行相应指令的校准。采用上述技术方案,通过监控塔吊的初始状态和最终装置,制定初步路线,配置识别到的相关环境变量并转化为相关权重数据,并根据权重数据优化行进路线,可以实时应对突发状况,根据突发状况进行实时修正,使得塔吊在运输货物的时候高效、安全的进行运输,可以有效避免事故的发生。
