The embodiment of the invention provides an unhooking device for hoisting and a structural part mounting method. The unhooking device comprises a shackle body, a shackle and a hook, the shell is fixedly connected to the outer side of any free end of the shackle body, and an opening in one end of the shell surrounds the communicating hole of the corresponding free end; the insertion piece movably penetrates through the communicating holes in the two free ends of the shackle body, and one end of the insertion piece extends towards the shell and is used for being connected with the tension piece; the blocking piece is fixedly connected to the inserting piece, located in the shell and capable of being switched between a locking position and a releasing position; and the elastic piece is fixed in the shell by pretightening force with preset magnitude, one end of the elastic piece is connected to the insertion piece, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected to the inner wall of the shell. According to the unhooking device, the blocking piece is switched between the locking position and the releasing position, the structural part can be hoisted, the unhooking device is separated from the structural part by applying force to the elastic piece after hoisting, climbing for unhooking operation is avoided, the construction safety risk and the construction cost are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本公开的实施例提供一种吊装用摘钩器及结构件安装方法,摘钩器包括:卸扣本体;固定连接于卸扣本体任一自由端的外侧,其一端的开口围设于对应自由端的连通孔的壳体;可活动地穿设于卸扣本体两自由端的连通孔,其一端朝向壳体延伸并用于连接拉力件的插入件;固定连接于插入件且位于壳体内部,能够在锁定位置和放行位置之间进行切换的阻挡件;以预设大小的预紧力固定于壳体内部,其一端连接于插入件,另一端连接于壳体内壁的弹性件。通过所设置的阻挡件在锁定位置和放行位置之间进行切换,能够对结构件进行吊装,以及在吊装后通过施力于弹性件使摘钩器与结构件脱开,避免了登高进行脱钩作业、降低了施工安全风险及施工成本、提高了施工效率。
