The invention discloses an automatic unhooking device for hoisting equipment. The automatic unhooking device comprises a hoisting frame plate and a wear sleeve, one side of the lifting frame plate is connected with two supporting plates which are vertically arranged and parallel to the lifting frame plate in a supporting mode through wedge-shaped reinforcing plates, coaxial pin holes are formed in the supporting plates in a penetrating mode, and pin shafts penetrate through the pin holes. A screw rod is fixedly connected to the end part of the pin shaft, penetrates through the lifting frame plate and is in transmission connection to the output end of the power motor; the wear sleeve is arranged in the pin hole to isolate the pin shaft from the pin hole and is in direct contact with the peripheral wall of the pin shaft; the edge of the annular end of the abrasion sleeve is provided with an outwards-turned ruffled edge part which is attached to the periphery of an orifice of the pin hole. The peripheral face of the pin shaft and the inner wall of the pin hole are separated through the arrangement of the abrasion sleeve, the abrasion sleeve replaces the pin hole to become a quick-wear part, and due to the fact that the abrasion sleeve is convenient and rapid to replace and install, the durability degree of the supporting plate and the pin hole in the supporting plate can be improved; and the problem that the coaxiality of the pin hole and the pin shaft is always poor due to the fact that the hole body of the upper half part of the pin hole is abraded to be elliptical in long-term use is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种吊装设备自动脱钩装置,包括:吊装架板、磨损套;吊装架板一侧通过楔形的加强板支撑连接有两个竖向设置且平行于吊装架板的支撑板,支撑板上贯通开设有同轴的销孔,销孔内贯穿有销轴;销轴的端部固接有丝杆,丝杆贯穿吊装架板且传动连接于动力电机的输出端;磨损套设于销孔内隔离销轴和销孔而直接与销轴的周壁相接触;磨损套的环形端边缘上设有外翻的褶边部与销孔的孔口周围相贴合。本发明通过磨损套的设置将销轴周面和销孔的内壁分隔开来,使磨损套代替销孔成为易损件,由于磨损套的更换安装方便快捷,能够提高支撑板及其上销孔的耐用程度,避免因长久使用中销孔上半部的孔体磨损呈椭圆状而形成与销轴同轴度始终不佳的问题。
