The grooves or the bulges are arranged and distributed according to an M-bit binary system magnetic coding mode, each groove represents a numerical value 0 in a binary system, and each bulge represents a numerical value 1 in the binary system; the sensor is provided with probes with the number corresponding to that of turnout rod pieces, each probe comprises M magnetic signal sensors, each probe correspondingly detects a magnetic railing ruler of one turnout rod piece, the relative measurement mode adopted by a traditional turnout rod piece is changed, the absolute displacement of each pitch of the turnout rod piece is coded in an absolute magnetic coding mode, and the absolute displacement of each pitch of the turnout rod piece is coded. 本发明公开了一种用于铁路道岔杆件绝对位移的监测装置及监测方法,该装置包括传感器及道岔杆件,其中每根所述道岔杆件上设有一条磁栅尺,所述磁栅尺包括N个等宽度的凹槽或凸起,所述凹槽或凸起依照M位二进制磁编码方式排列分布,每一凹槽代表二进制中的数值0,每一凸起代表二进制中的数值1;所述传感器上设有对应道岔杆件数量的探头,且每个探头包括M个磁信号传感器,每个探头对应探测一根道岔杆件的磁栅尺,其改变了传统道岔杆件采用的相对测量方式,通过绝对磁编码方式对道岔杆件的每个节距的绝对位移进行编码,可避免环境温度等因素使道岔杆件长度变形所造成的误差影响,可提高监测精度。
