The invention relates to a double-height chassis type lateral submerging AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), which adopts a small-diameter driving wheel set low-chassis translation structure form in a submerging suitable parking bottom stage and has a lateral submerging function. The wheel connection areas of the front unit and the rear unit of the AGV and the corresponding areas, close to the bottoms, of the front tires and the rear tires of the vehicle suitable for parking form a supporting and locking steady-state structure to achieve connection through the wheel base adjusting assemblies, then high-chassis load transfer is conducted through the AGV, the passing ability and the site adaptability of the AGV can be greatly improved, and the fault rate and the operation and maintenance cost are greatly reduced. The problems that a connection system of a three-dimensional parking lot (garage) adopting a single-height low-chassis type straight submerged AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) is compact in electromechanical structure, complex in process and high in production cost, and small-diameter full-bearing type driving wheels adopted by the three-dimensional parking lot (garage) are poor in trafficability; the failure rate is high; and the field (library) design layout adaptability is low due to the fact that the field (library) design layout can only be directly submerged to implement characteristic driving streamline limitation.

    本发明为双高度底盘型侧向潜入式AGV搬运车,一种潜入适停车底阶段采用小直径驱动轮组低底盘平移结构形式具备侧向潜入功能,通过轴距调整组件将AGV搬运车前、后单元的车轮接驳区与适停车辆前后轮胎靠底部的相应区域形成撑+锁稳态结构形式实现接驳,再由AGV搬运车高底盘负载转运,可大幅度提升AGV搬运车的通过性和场地适应性并大幅降低故障率以及运维成本,能更好的解决立体停车场(库)采用单一高度低底盘型直向潜入式AGV搬运车其接驳系统机电结构紧凑、工艺复杂、生产成本高和其采用小直径全承载式驱动轮通过性差、故障率高以及只能直向潜入实施特性行车流线局限所造成的场(库)设计布局适应性低的问题。
