The invention relates to an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) bearing chassis driven by double motors. Front wheels are rotationally connected with bearings fixed on a vehicle body frame through swing arms; the rotation amplitude of the bearing is monitored by the encoder; a rolling matching part is arranged at one end of the swing arm away from the front wheel; the rolling bearing is matched with the rolling matching part and fixed to the piston sliding rod, the piston sliding rod is sleeved with the piston sleeve, and the two ends of the piston sleeve are communicated with the oil pipe to form oil pressure circulation. Under the swing action of the swing arm, the rolling bearing is driven to rotate, then the piston sliding rod is driven to axially move to push hydraulic oil in the oil pipe to freely move, an oil way is locked when the electromagnetic valve is powered on to attract or powered off to reset, and steering braking is formed. The encoder measures an angle feedback value and sends the angle feedback value to the wheel controller, the wheel controller compares the angle feedback value with a set angle value and sends a control instruction to the electromagnetic valve, when the difference between the angle feedback value and the set angle value is enough small, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to lock an oil way, and then the swing state of the swing arm is controlled.

    本发明涉及一种双电机驱动的AGV承载底盘,前轮通过摆臂与固定在车体框架上的轴承转动连接;轴承的转动幅度由编码器监测;摆臂远离前轮的一端设置一滚动配合部;滚动轴承与滚动配合部相配合,滚动轴承固定在活塞滑杆上,活塞滑杆套入活塞套中,活塞套两端与油管连通形成油压循环;摆臂摆动作用下,带动滚动轴承转动,进而带动活塞滑杆轴向移动推动油管中的液压油自由移动,电磁阀通电吸合或断电复位时对油路锁定,形成转向制动;编码器测量角度反馈值到车轮控制器,车轮控制器根据与设定的角度值的一致程度比对,并发出控制指令到电磁阀,当角度反馈值与设定角度值的差足够小时控制电磁阀锁定油路,进而控制摆臂的摆动状态。
