The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous motor sound vibration and loss optimization method based on discontinuous pulse width modulation, and the method comprises the steps: determining pulse width modulation data of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the pulse width modulation data comprising a pulse width modulation mode, a carrier frequency and a current fundamental frequency; obtaining a phase current and a vibration noise signal, and setting a spread spectrum range; and inputting the mixed carrier modulation signal into the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and suppressing sideband current harmonics based on the spread spectrum range and the current fundamental wave frequency, thereby realizing the sound vibration and loss optimization of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on discontinuous pulse width modulation. According to the discontinuous pulse width frequency modulation technology, clear modulation parameters are set to quantify the harmonic wave and sound vibration suppression effect, that is, the spread spectrum width is set as the amplitude of a periodic square wave signal, and the current fundamental wave frequency is set as the frequency of a periodic sawtooth wave signal; a random degree coefficient is used as a random degree gain, and an optimal sideband harmonic suppression effect can be realized by setting a proper random degree coefficient.

    本发明公开了基于不连续脉宽调制的永磁同步电机声振与损耗优化方法,包括:确定永磁同步电机的脉宽调制数据,脉宽调制数据包括脉宽调制方式、载波频率和电流基波频率;获取相电流和振动噪声信号,并设置扩频范围;将混合载波调制信号输入永磁同步电机,并基于扩频范围和电流基波频率对边带电流谐波进行抑制,实现基于不连续脉宽调制的永磁同步电机声振与损耗优化。本发明所涉及的不连续脉宽频率调制技术,通过设置明确的调制参数用于量化谐波与声振抑制效果,也就是将扩频宽度设为周期性方波信号的幅值,电流基波频率设为周期性锯齿波信号的频率;将随机程度系数作为随机程度增益,设定适当的随机程度系数可以实现最优的边带谐波抑制效果。
