The invention provides an intersection non-motor vehicle violation identification method based on intelligent video analysis, which is characterized in that a monitoring network module, an edge calculation module, a local area network communication module and a buzzer alarm module are deployed at an intersection, and the identification of violation behaviors such as no license plate, converse driving and red light running of non-motor vehicles at the intersection is realized based on the intelligent video analysis. The monitoring network module comprises a plurality of Haikang monitoring ball machines, the local area network communication module completes monitoring video transmission in real time, and the edge calculation module operates an improved YOLO + DeepSort target detection algorithm to recognize and analyze non-motor vehicle information in a monitoring video. And when the non-motor vehicle violation behavior is identified, marking and storing are carried out, and an alarm is given through the buzzer module. Therefore, real-time automatic identification of traffic violation of non-motor vehicles at the intersection is realized, and the method has great significance in relieving traffic jam and reducing traffic accidents.

    本发明提出一种基于智能视频分析的路口非机动车违章识别方法,在路口部署监控网络模块、边缘计算模块、局域网通讯模块、蜂鸣器报警模块,基于智能视频分析实现路口非机动车无车牌、逆行、闯红灯等违章行为的识别。所述监控网络模块包括若干海康监控球机,局域网通讯模块实时完成监控视频传输,边缘计算模块运行改进的YOLO+DeepSort目标检测算法对监控视频中非机动车信息进行识别和分析,当识别到非机动车违章行为时进行标记存储并通过蜂鸣器模块进行报警。从而实现路口非机动车违章的实时自动识别,该方法对缓解交通拥堵,减少交通事故的发生具有较大意义。
