The invention discloses a spacecraft rotational inertia on-orbit identification method based on a magnetic suspension universal flywheel, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, employing a single magnetic suspension universal flywheel as an execution mechanism to drive a spacecraft to carry out attitude maneuver, 2, acquiring angular velocities and angular accelerations of a rotor of the executing mechanism and angular velocities and angular accelerations of the spacecraft at different moments in the attitude maneuver process; 3, calculating a control torque applied to the spacecraft by the executing mechanism according to the angular velocities and the angular accelerations of the rotor of the executing mechanism; 4, establishing a spacecraft attitude motion model driven by the single magnetic suspension universal flywheel according to the angular acceleration, the angular velocity and the rotational inertia matrix of the spacecraft; 5, identifying the rotational inertia of the spacecraft by adopting a Kalman filtering algorithm according to the spacecraft attitude motion model; only one magnetic suspension universal flywheel is needed, the take-off weight of the spacecraft is reduced, and the flight cost is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于磁悬浮万向飞轮的航天器转动惯量在轨辨识方法,由以下步骤组成:步骤1:利用单个磁悬浮万向飞轮作为执行机构驱动航天器进行姿态机动,步骤2:采集姿态机动过程中不同时刻执行机构的转子的角速度、角加速度和航天器的角速度、角加速度,步骤3:根据执行机构的转子角速度和角加速度计算出执行机构对航天器施加的控制力矩,步骤4:根据航天器的角加速度、角速度、转动惯量矩阵建立利用单个磁悬浮万向飞轮驱动的航天器姿态运动模型,步骤5:根据航天器姿态运动模型采用卡尔曼滤波算法辨识出航天器转动惯量;本发明只需要一个磁悬浮万向飞轮,降低了航天器的起飞重量,大幅降低了飞行成本。
