The invention discloses a magnetic suspension flywheel, and belongs to the technical field of spacecraft attitude control system executing mechanisms, the magnetic suspension flywheel comprises a sealing shell internally provided with a vacuum chamber, the vacuum chamber is internally provided with a flywheel body, a motor, a mounting vertical shaft and a magnetic suspension bearing assembly, and the magnetic suspension bearing assembly comprises a radial magnetic suspension bearing and an axial magnetic suspension bearing; a stator part of a radial magnetic suspension bearing is arranged on the mounting vertical shaft, a rotor part of the radial magnetic suspension bearing is arranged on a radial rotor mounting seat on the wheel disc, the wheel flange comprises a magnetic suspension section and a motor driving section, and a rotor part of an axial magnetic suspension bearing is arranged on the top/bottom surface of the magnetic suspension section; a stator part of an axial magnetic suspension bearing is arranged above/below the magnetic suspension section, an outer rotor part and an inner rotor part of a motor are arranged on the bottom surface of the motor driving section, and a stator part of the motor is arranged between the outer rotor part and the inner rotor part. The axial magnetic suspension bearing is arranged at the rim, so that the stability of the rim can be ensured, the axial length of the vertical shaft is reduced, and the upper limit of the rotating speed is improved.

    本发明公开了一种磁悬浮飞轮,属于航天器姿态控制系统执行机构技术领域,包括内设有真空腔室的密封壳体,真空腔室内设有飞轮体、电动机、安装竖轴和磁悬浮轴承组件,磁悬浮轴承组件包括径向磁悬浮轴承和轴向磁悬浮轴承,安装竖轴上设有径向磁悬浮轴承的定子部分,轮盘上的径向转子安装座上设有径向磁悬浮轴承的转子部分,轮缘包括磁悬浮段和电机驱动段,磁悬浮段的顶/底面设有轴向磁悬浮轴承的转子部分,磁悬浮段的上/下方设有轴向磁悬浮轴承的定子部分,电机驱动段的底面设有电动机的外转子部分和内转子部分,两者之间设有电动机的定子部分。轴向磁悬浮轴承设置在轮缘处,可保证轮缘处的稳定性,降低安装竖轴的轴向长度,提高转速上限。
