The invention relates to an auxiliary shoe lifting control device for a railway vehicle in a total air underpressure state. The auxiliary shoe lifting control device comprises two air paths, the first gas circuit sequentially comprises a cock, a second dust filter, a first one-way valve, a pressure switch, a one-way valve and a third one-way valve; the one-way valve is further connected with the auxiliary air cylinder. The second air path sequentially comprises a first dust filter, an air compressor, a safety valve, a cooler, a filter and a second one-way valve; when the air pressure of the auxiliary air cylinder is reduced to 7.5 bar or below, the pressure switch controls the air compressor to start working; and when the air pressure of the auxiliary air cylinder reaches 9.5 bar, the pressure switch controls the air compressor to stop working. The auxiliary air compressor in the auxiliary shoe lifting module can be used for providing an air source for shoe lifting of the current collector, the current collector electromagnetic valve is controlled through the shoe lifting button and the shoe falling button of the vehicle to achieve shoe lifting and falling of the vehicle current collector, working personnel are prevented from working under the vehicle, the operation difficulty is greatly reduced, manpower and material resources are saved, and personnel safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种轨道车辆总风欠压状态下辅助升靴控制装置,包括:两条气路;第一气路依次包括:塞门,第二滤尘器,第一单回阀,压力开关,单向阀以及第三单回阀;单向阀还与辅助风缸相连;第二气路依次包括:第一滤尘器,空气压缩机,安全阀,冷却器,过滤器以及第二单回阀;当辅助风缸的空气压力降低到7.5bar以下时,压力开关将控制空气压缩机开始工作;当辅助风缸的空气压力达到9.5bar时,压力开关控制空气压缩机停止工作。本发明可利用辅助升靴模块中辅助空压机为受流器升靴提供风源,并通过车辆“升靴”、“降靴”按钮控制受流器电磁阀实现车辆受流器升、降靴,避免工作人员在车下作业,大大降低操作难度,节省人力物力,保证人员安全。
