The invention belongs to the technical field of aerospace, and particularly relates to a large-wingspan wing deflection measurement method based on a laser distance sensor, which comprises the following steps of: arranging test points according to test requirements; the sensor acquires data of distance from the camera to the ground; the digital bus transmits test distance data; and 4, calculating the deflection data of the test points and performing three-dimensional display: transmitting the recorded data to ground data processing equipment, calculating the deflection data of each test point in combination with the height information of the wing root, constructing a three-dimensional model, and visually and dynamically simulating and displaying the deflection change process of the wing in the sliding, takeoff and landing processes. The test point location is flexible and can be adjusted along with the change of different wingspan sizes, and errors caused by data distortion due to the overlarge wing range are avoided. The first-hand data is acquired by utilizing the distance sensor, data conversion is carried out between distance data, conversion of different types of data is not needed, deflection data can be calculated more conveniently, and data acquisition is more direct.

    本发明属于航空航天技术领域,具体涉及一种基于激光距离传感器的大翼展机翼挠度测量方法,其包括如下步骤:按测试要求布置测试点;传感器获取射向地面距离数据;数字总线传输测试距离数据;步骤四:计算测试点挠度数据并进行三维展示:将记录数据传输到地面数据处理设备中,结合翼根处高度信息计算出每一个测试点的挠度数据,并构筑三维模型,直观并动态地模拟展示机翼在滑行、起飞降落过程中挠度变化过程。本发明测试点位灵活,可以随不同翼展大小的变化进行调整,不会因为机翼范围过大而使数据失真带来误差。利用距离传感器来获取第一手数据,在距离数据之间进行数据转换,不需要进行不同类型数据的换算,更方便计算挠度数据,获取数据更直接。
