The invention discloses an automatic stopping mechanism for rotational motion. The automatic stopping mechanism comprises a rotating shaft seat, a rotating arm, a fixing sleeve, an ejector pin, a spring and a connecting block, the rotating shaft seat is provided with a rotating shaft and a guide groove, the guide groove comprises an arc groove and a through hole, the circle center of the arc groove is located on the axis of the rotating shaft, and the through hole is formed in the arc groove; a center hole and a mounting hole are formed in the rotating arm, and the rotating arm is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving manner through the center hole; the fixing sleeve is mounted in the mounting hole, and a vertical hole is formed in the fixing sleeve; the upper shaft section of the ejector pin can be vertically mounted in the vertical hole in a sliding manner, and the lower shaft section of the ejector pin can be arranged in the guide groove or the through hole in a sliding manner; the spring is vertically mounted between the connecting block and the upper end of the upper shaft section of the ejector pin; the connecting block is mounted at the upper part in the vertical hole; according to the invention, by setting the position of the through hole at the tail end of the guide groove, the position where the rotating arm stops rotating can be controlled; and the ejector pin automatically extends into the through hole through the continuous thrust of the spring on the ejector pin, so that the rotary motion is automatically stopped.
本发明公开了一种旋转运动自动止动机构,包括转轴座、转臂、固定套、顶针、弹簧、连接块;转轴座上设置有转轴和导向槽,导向槽包括圆弧槽和通孔,圆弧槽的圆心在转轴的轴心线上,通孔设置在圆弧槽上;转臂上设置有中心孔、安装孔,转臂通过中心孔可转动的套装在转轴上;固定套安装在安装孔内,固定套内设置有竖孔;顶针的上轴段可竖向滑动的安装在竖孔内,顶针的下轴段可滑动的置于导向槽内或置于通孔内;弹簧竖向安装在连接块与顶针的上轴段上端之间;连接块安装在竖孔内上部;本发明中,通过设置导向槽末端的通孔的位置,即可控制转臂停止旋转运动的位置;通过弹簧对顶针持续作用的推力,顶针自动伸入通孔,旋转运动因而自动停止。
