    本发明涉及一种实船固定备用螺旋桨的装置,包括底托板、顶封板、纵向连接筋板和耳板,在螺旋桨的桨毂内锥孔径向设有对称设置的硬木,硬木通过螺栓固定在纵向连接筋板上,所述顶封板和底托板夹持螺旋桨桨毂的上下端面,在顶封板和螺旋桨桨毂上端面之间、底封板和螺旋桨桨毂下端面之间均设置黑橡胶板,所述纵向连接筋板的顶部伸出顶封板后通过耳板与顶封板固定,所述底托板的下方设有吊高支架。本发明对螺旋桨进行柔性防护和隔振,在螺旋桨金属表面得到一定的缓冲保护,通过顶封板、底托板与螺旋桨固定成一个整体后,便于与船舶上其他组件刚性连接固定,规避刚性固定紧索元件与螺旋桨产生直接接触,而破坏螺旋桨的表面,适应海上航行的固定牢靠。
