The invention discloses a real ship propeller performance pre-judgment method, which comprises the following steps of: processing propeller model test data, performing Fourier transform to obtain pressure amplitudes at first five stages of blade frequencies, and obtaining a pressure amplitude theoretical baseline at each stage in each state; real ship monitoring data are preprocessed, abnormal data are removed, and data under normal weather are reserved; real ship pulsating pressure monitoring values are processed, and whether cavitation exists or not is judged, and real ship propeller performance comparison is carried out. According to the invention, data can be acquired according to a real ship propeller under different load conditions and different weather conditions, the performance change condition of the propeller can be accurately evaluated, and performance reduction early warning is provided.

    本发明公开了一种实船螺旋桨性能预判方法,包括:处理螺旋桨模型试验数据,进行傅里叶变换得到前5阶叶频处压力幅值,得到各个状态下各阶处的压力幅值理论基线;实船监测数据预处理,剔除异常数据,保留正常气象下的数据;实船脉动压力监测值处理,进行有、无空化判断以及实船螺旋桨性能比较。本发明可以根据不同载况、不同气象下实船螺旋桨采集数据,准确评估螺旋桨性能变化情况,并提供性能下降预警。
