本发明公开了一种磁悬浮列车碳纤维托臂及安装座一体化结构,包括托臂,托臂的材质为碳纤维复合材料成型结构;以及安装座,安装座装配于托臂的一侧,且安装座为碳纤维复合材料成型结构;托臂一侧具有与安装座匹配的安装凹槽,安装座与托臂配合一侧嵌入安装凹槽内、并通过螺栓与托臂紧固。本发明的一体化结构的托臂换为碳纤维复合材料成型结构,相比金属结构质量更轻,强度更好,韧性更强,整体实现轻量化设计,减少了托臂和安装座的零件以提高装配效率,采用预埋式连接方式能够更好地实现托臂和安装座的定位,提高装配精度。
