The embodiment of the invention provides a current collector and a magnetically levitated train. The current collector comprises: an installation base and a sliding shoe assembly which are oppositelyarranged; an inner connecting rod and an outer connecting rod, wherein one end of each of the inner connecting rod and the outer connecting rod is rotationally connected with the installation base through a rotating shaft and a shaft hole, the other end of each of the inner connecting rod and the outer connecting rod is rotationally connected with the sliding shoe assembly through a rotating shaftand a shaft hole, and the inner connecting rod is located between the installation base and the outer connecting rod; a rotating shaft where the outer connecting rod is rotationally connected with the installation base is a first outer rotating shaft, and a rotating shaft where the inner connecting rod is rotationally connected with the sliding shoe assembly is a second inner rotating shaft; a stretching piece, wherein two ends of the stretching piece are respectively fixed on the first outer rotating shaft and the second inner rotating shaft, and the stretching piece is used for exerting stretching force on the second inner rotating shaft to enable the sliding shoe assembly to keep a distance away from the installation base so as to keep the sliding shoe assembly at the far-end limitingposition. The magnetically levitated train comprises the current collector. According to the embodiment of the invention, the technical problem of complex structure of the current collector at the side part is solved.
