The invention provides a single-phase vehicle-mounted charger, a control method of the single-phase vehicle-mounted charger and an electric automobile comprising the single-phase vehicle-mounted charger, whether the bus voltage on a bus capacitor of a single-phase PFC circuit is larger than a bus voltage set value or not is judged in the process that the single-phase vehicle-mounted charger works in an off-grid mode, and if yes, when the duration is larger than a first set value, the single-phase PFC circuit is switched on, and the single-phase PFC circuit is switched off. Adjusting a current reference of a current control loop of the single-phase PFC circuit to enable a bus capacitor of the single-phase PFC circuit to release electric energy; in the electric energy releasing process of the bus capacitor of the single-phase PFC circuit, if the grid-connected indication signal is received, the single-phase vehicle-mounted charger is made to work in the grid-connected mode, if not, whether the duration time is larger than a second set value or not is judged, if yes, the single-phase vehicle-mounted charger is shut down, and if not, the single-phase vehicle-mounted charger is controlled to work in the grid-connected mode; and if so, controlling a bus capacitor of the single-phase PFC circuit to release electric energy. And error reporting and even shutdown faults caused by triggering bus capacitor overvoltage and the like during off-grid and grid-connected switching can be avoided.

    本申请提出了一种单相车载充电机、其控制方法及包括其的电动汽车,通过在单相车载充电机工作在离网模式的过程中,判断单相PFC电路母线电容上的母线电压是否大于母线电压设定值,若是,且持续时间大于第一设定值时,调整单相PFC电路电流控制环路的电流参考,使得单相PFC电路的母线电容释放电能;若否,控制使得单相车载充电机继续工作在离网模式,其中,在单相PFC电路的母线电容释放电能的过程中,若接收到并网指示信号,则使得单相车载充电机工作在并网模式,若否,则判断持续时间是否大于第二设定值,若是,则关机,若否,则控制使得单相PFC电路的母线电容释放电能。而可避免在离并网切换时触发母线电容过压等导致的报错甚至停机故障。
