The embodiment of the invention provides a control method and device for collaborative operation of double cranes and a double-crane system, and belongs to the technical field of double-crane operation. The control method comprises the following steps: decomposing an operation action of a main crane under a preset operation type into a plurality of reference actions, and determining an operation parameter value of an auxiliary crane under each reference action according to each working condition parameter, corresponding to each reference action, of the main crane and initial position parameters of the main crane, the auxiliary crane and a load, and determining a target operation parameter value of the auxiliary crane, and controlling the auxiliary crane based on the target operation parameter value. According to the invention, the double-crane operation steps can be preset in advance, and a double-crane collaborative operation control method is provided for the operation actions of the double cranes in different scenes, so that the actual operation is guided. And meanwhile, the collision risk of actual operation can be reduced, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种双起重机协同作业的控制方法、装置以及双起重机系统,属于双起重机作业技术领域。控制方法包括:将主起重机的预设作业类型下的作业动作分解为多个基准动作,根据主起重机的与每个基准动作相对应的每个工况参数以及主起重机、辅起重机、载荷的初始位置参数,确定辅起重机在每个基准动作下的运行参数值,进而确定辅起重机的目标运行参数值,再基于目标运行参数值对辅起重机进行控制。本发明能够提前预设双机作业步骤,为双起重机在不同场景下的作业动作提供双机协同作业的控制方法,从而指导实际作业。同时本发明可以降低实际作业的碰撞风险,提高吊装效率。
