The automatic anchoring device specifically comprises an anchoring seat longitudinal driving mechanism, an anchoring seat lifting mechanism, a locking mechanism, an anchoring seat, an anchoring plate lifting mechanism and an anchoring plate. The automatic anchoring device of the crane is mounted on the lower cross beam; the anchoring seat longitudinal driving mechanism can drive the anchoring seat to longitudinally move; the anchoring seat lifting mechanism can drive the anchoring seat to move up and down; the locking mechanism can ensure that the crane cannot be forcibly driven to move longitudinally due to overlarge external load; the anchoring plate lifting mechanism can drive the anchoring plate to move up and down, so that the anchoring plate is inserted into or separated from the anchoring pit, and the crane can be reliably braked even if encountering large external loads such as strong wind. The offset distance between the center of the anchoring base and the center of the anchoring pit is measured in real time through the distance measuring sensor, and the anchoring base longitudinal driving mechanism, the anchoring base lifting mechanism and the anchoring plate lifting mechanism are matched for coordination, so that the anchoring plate can be accurately and efficiently inserted into the anchoring pit.
本发明提出了一种起重机自动锚定装置及其使用方法,具体包括锚定座纵向驱动机构、锚定座升降机构、锁紧机构、锚定座、锚定板升降机构和锚定板。起重机自动锚定装置安装在下横梁上;锚定座纵向驱动机构能够带动锚定座纵向移动;锚定座升降机构能够驱动锚定座上下运动;锁紧机构能够保证不会因外载荷过大而强驱起重机纵向移动;锚定板升降机构能够驱动锚定板上下运动,使得锚定板插入或者脱离锚定坑,从而实现起重机即使遇到强风等大外载也能够可靠制动。本发明通过测距传感器实时测量锚定座中心与锚定坑中心之间的偏距,配合锚定座纵向驱动机构、锚定座升降机构和锚定板升降机构协调作用,能够精准高效将锚定板插入锚定坑内。
