The invention relates to the technical field of rolling type hoisting cranes, in particular to a rolling type hoisting mechanism of a double-bridge portal crane, and solves the problems of low efficiency and high potential safety hazard of a manual lubricating oil smearing mode. Comprising two bridge frames and two door beam frames, the two sides of the bridge frames are fixedly connected with movable frames, the bridge frames are movably located at the upper ends of the door beam frames through the movable frames, the lower ends of the two bridge frames are movably connected with winding and hoisting mechanisms, and the front ends of the winding and hoisting mechanisms are fixedly connected with an oil storage tank. The bottom end of one side of the oil storage tank is fixedly connected with a liquid inlet pipe, and one end of the liquid inlet pipe is fixedly connected with an extrusion mechanism. According to the winding type hoisting device, lubricating oil smearing operation can be conducted on the cable by turning on or turning off the self-locking switch by a worker, so that the lubricating oil smearing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, normal production operation of the winding type hoisting device is achieved, and meanwhile potential safety hazards of the worker in daily maintenance are avoided.

    本发明涉及收卷式吊装起重机技术领域,具体为一种双桥梁门式起重机的收卷式吊装机构,解决了人工涂抹润滑油的方式效率缓慢,且具有较高的安全隐患问题。包括两个桥梁架和两个门梁架,所述桥梁架的两侧均固定连接有活动架,所述桥梁架通过活动架活动位于门梁架的上端,两个所述桥梁架的下端均活动连接有收卷吊装机构,所述收卷吊装机构的前端固定连接有储油罐,所述储油罐一侧的底端固定连接有进液管,所述进液管的一端固定连接有挤出机构。本发明通过工作人员开启或关闭自锁开关即可对缆绳进行润滑油涂抹作业,从而提高了涂抹润滑油的效率,同时也使得收卷式吊装装置正常的生产运行,同时避免了工作人员在日常的维护中的安全隐患。
