A supporting cylinder is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the sealed cabin through a connecting column, a sealed cylinder is fixedly connected to the interior of the supporting cylinder in a sleeving mode, a through groove is formed in the outer surface of the sealed cylinder, and a communicating column is movably connected to the inner wall of the sealed cylinder in a sleeving mode. According to the invention, when the second air vent or the third air vent is communicated with the through groove every time, any other two of the first air vent, the second air vent and the third air vent just generate a blocking effect with the inner wall of the sealing cylinder; the inflation speed of the gas generator to the first air bag or the second air bag or the third air bag can be effectively increased, and high water pressure can be effectively overcome under the condition that the water pressure in deep sea is large.
