A vacuum area is formed in the sealed cabin, the water surface in the sealed cabin rises under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the immersed tube drifting on the water surface in the cabin is driven to rise together, so that the distance between the immersed tube and the bottom of the shallow water channel is increased, the requirement for the water depth of the shallow water channel is reduced, and the floating operation difficulty is reduced.
