The invention provides a self-floating transportation device for arch rib sections of a steel pipe arch. The self-floating transportation device comprises a water plugging air bag, propellers and a controller. Water plugging air bags are arranged in the end portions of the two ends of the upper chord main pipe respectively, and the water plugging air bags can expand to seal a pipe opening of the upper chord main pipe. Water plugging air bags with the same structure are respectively arranged in the end part pipes at the two ends of the lower chord main pipe; a lower chord propeller is further arranged at the tail end of the lower chord main pipe; the controller is arranged on the arch rib section of the steel pipe arch or in the traction ship so as to be at least used for controlling the rotating speed of the lower chord propeller. The steel pipe arch rib section self-floating transportation method is applied to the steel pipe arch rib section self-floating transportation device, the water plugging air bags arranged in the pipe openings in the two ends of the main pipe are expanded through inflation, the two ends of the main pipe are sealed through friction force generated by the water plugging air bags and the inner wall of the main pipe, and therefore self-floating of the steel pipe arch rib section in water is achieved; and the suspension postures of the arch rib sections of the steel pipe arch are leveled by virtue of floating lift force provided by the lower chord propellers.

    本发明提供的钢管拱拱肋节段自浮运输装置,包括堵水气囊、螺旋桨和控制器;所述上弦主管两端端部管内均分别设置设有堵水气囊,所述堵水气囊膨胀可封闭上弦主管管口;所述下弦主管两端端部管内也分别设置有结构相同的堵水气囊;所述下弦主管尾端还设有下弦螺旋桨;所述控制器设置于钢管拱拱肋节段或牵引船内,以至少用于控制所述下弦螺旋桨的转速。本发明提供的钢管拱拱肋节段自浮运输方法,其应用于钢管拱拱肋节段自浮运输装置,通过充气使设置在主管两端管口内的堵水气囊膨胀,利用堵水气囊与主管内壁产生的摩擦力将主管两端封闭,从而实现钢管拱拱肋节段水中自浮,并借助下弦螺旋桨提供的上浮升力调平钢管拱拱肋节段悬浮姿态。
