The damping frame comprises a front support, a rear support, a seat support and an elastic damping assembly, the front end of the rear support is movably connected with the rear end of the front support, and the front end of the elastic damping assembly is rotationally connected with the seat support; the front support and the rear support are rotationally connected to the seat support through a first pivot and a second pivot respectively. At least one of the front support and the rear support is rotationally connected with the rear end of the elastic damping assembly through a third pivot, the third pivot is located between the first pivot and the second pivot, and the front end of the elastic damping assembly is located in front of the connecting line of the first pivot and the second pivot. When the elastic damping assembly is located at the initial position, the front wheel and the rear wheel are not lifted, and the third pivot is located at the first position; when the elastic damping assembly is located at the compression position, the front wheel and/or the rear wheel are/is lifted, and the third pivot moves forwards from the first position to the second position. According to the damping frame and the bicycle, the structure is simple, and the riding difficulty can be reduced during damping.

    本发明公开了一种减震车架及自行车,包括前支架、后支架、座椅支架和弹性减震组件,后支架通过其前端与前支架的后端活动连接,弹性减震组件通过其前端与座椅支架转动连接;前支架和后支架分别通过第一枢轴和第二枢轴转动连接在座椅支架上;在前支架和后支架两者中,至少一者通过第三枢轴与弹性减震组件的后端转动连接,第三枢轴位于第一枢轴和第二枢轴之间,弹性减震组件的前端位于第一枢轴和第二枢轴连线的前方;弹性减震组件位于初始位置时,前轮和后轮均未抬起,第三枢轴位于第一位置;弹性减震组件位于压缩位置时,前轮和/或后轮抬起,第三枢轴由第一位置向前运动至第二位置。本发明减震车架及自行车,结构简单,减震时还能够降低骑行难度。
