The invention discloses a power battery thermal runaway management method and system, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the analysis and arrangement of the data, characteristics and inducements of power battery thermal runaway in combination with the data, characteristics and inducements of power battery thermal runaway at home and abroad, and building a power battery thermal runaway prediction model according to the data, characteristics and inducements. Then, state information of the power battery is obtained in real time in the use process, the state information of the power battery is substituted into the power battery thermal runaway prediction model to pre-judge the state of the power battery, and when the pre-thermal runaway risk of the power battery is pre-judged, the cause of thermal runaway of the power battery is judged; and then a corresponding management strategy is matched according to the cause of the thermal runaway of the power battery, so that the thermal runaway of the power battery is prevented from being further generated, and the safety of the power battery in the use process is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池热失控管理方法及系统,结合国内外动力电池热失控的数据、特点和诱因,对上述动力电池热失控的数据、特点和诱因进行分析和整理,并以此建立动力电池热失控预测模型,然后在使用过程中实时获取动力电池的状态信息,并将动力电池的状态信息带入动力电池热失控预测模型中对动力电池的状态进行预判,并且在预判出动力电池预备热失控风险时判断出动力电池热失控的诱因,然后根据动力电池热失控的诱因匹配相应的管理策略,进而阻止动力电池热失控的进一步发生,大大增加了动力电池在使用过程中的安全性。
