The invention relates to an electric drive axle assembly and a vehicle. The electric drive axle assembly comprises a differential mechanism, a planetary speed regulating mechanism, a first driving part, a second driving part and two half shafts, the differential mechanism is provided with a power input end and two power output ends, the planetary speed regulating mechanism comprises a sun gear, a gear ring, a planetary gear and a planetary carrier, the planetary gear is installed on the planetary carrier and meshed with the sun gear and the gear ring, and the first driving part and the second driving part are arranged on the planetary carrier. The planet carrier is in transmission connection with the power input end; the first driving part is in transmission connection with the sun gear, the second driving part is in transmission connection with the gear ring, one half shaft is in transmission connection with one power output end, and the other half shaft is in transmission connection with the other power output end. By controlling the output torque of the first driving piece and the second driving piece, the speed ratio range of the electric drive axle assembly is increased by means of the planetary speed regulating mechanism connected with the differential mechanism, stepless speed change is achieved, a gear shifting mechanism is omitted, the structure is simple, the cost is low, meanwhile, power interruption is avoided in the speed change process of the electric drive axle assembly, and the driving comfort is improved.

    本申请涉及一种电驱桥总成及车辆。电驱桥总成包括差速器、行星调速机构、第一驱动件、第二驱动件以及两个半轴,差速器设置有动力输入端和两个动力输出端,行星调速机构包括太阳轮、齿圈、行星轮以及行星架,行星轮安装于行星架上,行星轮分别与太阳轮和齿圈啮合,行星架与动力输入端传动连接;第一驱动件与太阳轮传动连接,第二驱动件与齿圈传动连接,一半轴与一动力输出端传动连接,另一半轴与另一动力输出端传动连接。通过控制第一驱动件和第二驱动件的输出扭矩,借助与差速器连接的行星调速机构增大电驱桥总成的速比范围,并实现无极变速,无换挡机构,结构简单且成本低,同时此电驱桥总成变速过程中无动力中断,提升了驾驶舒适性。
