The invention provides a vehicle control method, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and the vehicle control method comprises the following steps: when a passenger compartment of the vehicle needs to be heated, controlling a heat pump to absorb waste heat of a motor, and controlling the heat pump and/or a heater to heat the passenger compartment; according to the current vehicle using scene of the vehicle and the state information of the battery, the battery is heated through motor waste heat, a heater and/or a heat pump based on a preset control strategy; wherein the preset control strategy comprises a sub-strategy of respectively heating the battery and the passenger compartment by using the waste heat of the motor in different periods of time. Reasonable distribution of the waste heat of the motor is achieved, and the endurance mileage of the vehicle can be increased.
