According to the invention, the fan blade detection function is realized, the advantages of walking robot inspection and unmanned aerial vehicle inspection are integrated, the risk caused by manual detection is reduced, the fan blade detection time is shortened, and the fan operation and maintenance efficiency is improved.
本发明提出了一种可转换形态的吸附式风电叶片检测机器人,本机器人中的驱动模块能根据实际情况转换形态,实现机器人的起落和叶片检测时机器人的行走功能;设计的行走模块中的四个电磁轮无动力源,依靠驱动模块扇叶转动产生的推力行走;设计的检测模块可以隐藏在机器人内部,工作时探头向下移动至与叶片表面充分接触,以达到检测叶片缺陷的目的;设计的牵引吸附模块可以向下探出吸附到叶片表面,通过弹簧复位,使机器人安全降落到叶片上。本发明实现了风机叶片检测功能,集合了行走机器人巡检和无人机巡检的优点,减轻人工检测带来的风险,缩短了风机叶片检测时间,提升了风机运维效率。
